I had mentioned ARP L19's and AMS TMS L19's head studs I believe. So.. to be honest, good question, I'm not sure.

Yeah, I like those head studs. I never made a decision on the studs. I came up with ARP / AMS / MAP / Magnus. But, after talking with Aaron, I guess I'll stick with the standard ARP's.

For some reason, I'd feel more comfortable knowing the L19's were in there.

Guess time will tell.

Rest of the gasket kit
New waterpump
Timing belt
Factory Balance shaft delete kit
GSC Evo VIII S3 camshaft set
MAP Stage 3 Head with Kiggly Valve Springs / Kiggly HLA

A few other notable mods:

e85 / 93 Tune - base maps from Aaron, and will be dialed in by Jamie@Dynotech Tuning

Almost every night after work, I've been out in the garage pulling brackets out of the engine bay, sand blasting and then powder coating them. Everything's coming out great so far

Here's a few teasers of my powder coating skills
I'll take some more pics of what I've coated and post them as well.

I also want to give a BIG thanks to Aaron@ER and Bill@MAP! You guys have helped me a TON on this project!

Can't wait to get this thing together!

Hrmm...since end of August. So truth be told it sat there from August until the end of November. I pulled the head off, and sent it to MAP right at the end of November or beginning of December. So, it's been down a while.

How's your build coming along???

Wow thats a long wait. Mines been down for 2 months and I thought that was long. I should be getting my Strictly Modified built short block back today. I ran into some bumps in the road during those 2 months but I think I got them all squared away. I should have it running by Monday or Tuesday night. We will see how it goes.

Nice! I'm jealous, it will be at least 2/3 weeks for me. I still need my injectors
