Why push it to the point where it will blow? It's cheaper to build it with a good core then it is to blow something and then have to fix it later after it went kaboom!

Because it's only a matter of time before it blows up if you push it too hard.

I went to the track last night, and I'm to embarrassed to post my slip.

I did learn that I can't drive the thing....

Any advice on how I should be launching the car? Any tricks? Pointers?

I currently have my 2-Step set at 6K RPM's and slowly ride the clutch out, however I can only cut 1.9's. I lowered my tire pressure down to 20 psi on all four corners and it helped a bit. FWIW I am using stock rims 245/17's, with Toyo Proxes 4 (they came with the car when I bought it).

I also trapped 116.

Thanks

Hey does anyone know where I can read up on knock multipliers low/mid/high and knocksum decay timer? I'm running tephra v7 94170715.

My tuner changed them and just want to read up on them to see what they actually do.

Thanks!

Ha-ha

I'm working on it!

It's weird, I can't get any wheel spin for the life of me. I either bog out of the hole, or get a lousy 1.9 60'. Granted I did also granny shift the whole way down, next time I go to the track I'll keep it to the floor. I've been practicing not lifting my right foot, its not easy! When I get the shift right, I can feel and hear that it was a good one.

Slowly but surely.....
