Got my EMS!!!!
Got my EMS!!!!
I put in my EMS today along with an ACT clutch. The car runs good so far, just put a base map on it to hold me off until I break in the clutch and get to dyno it next week. Ill keep you guys updated! Im so happy....
Good luck..... It might be an over kill if you are running stock turbo, unless you are going with a bigger turbo later on......Have them tune you fan to run for minutes after you turn of the engine (cool option)..... and mayne have them set the anti-lag on
you would be the first I know of then . Good luck

I did the same thing (upgrade from emanage to EMS) and like IHatePorsche said it's definitely a little pricy, but the performance difference cannot be argued. EMS rocks! I'm also still on stock turbo by the way.

Ultimately I think it would be cool if someone built a "communication server" that talked to the EMS over it's comm port and then spat out ODB-II diagnostic parameters (timing, ST & LT fuel trim, yada yada) on another comm port connected to the ODB port under the dash. You'll never see this option on the AEM website...
