I haven't recieved a diagram for this kit yet so I can't post it so I can't speak honestly how it is wired up in detail. I have only been working with somone over the phone but I have a diagram on the way. I am being told that the parts/pump supplied for this kit are not like derekdevises kit so things are going to work differently. This I don't know for sure either but we will have an answer soon enough.

The Black and red wires go to a box of some sort and go connected to the progressive controller. I do not want to eliminate the progressive controller and would rather keep it. I will get under the car this weekend to check it out in depth. I just recevied an email from shurflo themselves with the pump specs etc.. If someone needs them and will also send the schematic of the kit to anyone.

Hmmm. Luis do you have any spare kits laying around? I'll stop by and have a look with ya. Might be easier than checking it on the car itself.

I am all sold out, but i am getting some next week. I will let you know when i get some in.

The box that the red and black pump wires go wired into are fed 12V and ground and on the other end the pump is attached. When the alky kit is active using the test button the voltage goes from 0V to 3.8V.

This would be the wire we would need to look at for further testing if it is at 0volts when off and 3.8volts when the pump is on. Keep me posted

Ok just to update everyone I was able to finally drain my alky tank and test this for a very short time. Testing results were odd but it did seem to work out well, On this test I did about 6 pulls and the first 4 were normal then on pull 5 and 6 the kit tryed to spray but the light never came on because it could make enough pressure to activate the switch so the NOS maps were never activated. I did pick up a very small amout of knock in the next pull after it switched off and I am guess this is probably to be expected. The knock was nothing dangrous just 1 spike in the 5350rpm range at about 2 volts and one other spike at about 6400rpm at about 2.5 volts. My car normally only makes about 1.9-2.0 volts or normal noise to compair. I am thinking this could be in result of the pump still trying to make pressure and the alky not being a fine mist. Regardless I did my testing with consertive NOS maps so I wouldn't hurt anything during the process. I stated the results were odd becuase I didn't catch the pump turning off during mid pull it turned off between pulls so I will continue testing until I can catch the switch turning off in mid pull for some secure results.

Right, the stock harness doesn't use that pin. This is why it can be used on the AEM. You will notice the AEM Box does contain this pin so you need to use one of the extra pin connectors that came with the AEM box or use an extension harness. I use the extension harness, it contains wires for every pin regardless.

4. Set the options like the list below to make NOS active all the time this way switch #7 can take full control of the activation.
Nitrous Control = ON
Nitrous Output = Injector10 (IC Spray light on the Dash)
Nitrous Switch In = Switch #7 On
NOS Maximum RPM = 7500
NOS Maximum VSS = 255
NOS Minimum RPM = 0
NOS Minimum VSS = 0

NOS Off Below Load = -14.69 psi
NOS Off Below TPS = 0%
NOS On Above Load = -14.69 psi
NOS On Above TPS = 0%
I don't see NOS On Above Load or NOS Maximum RPM.

the following is my available NOS parameters.

NOS control
NOS Maximum VSS
NOS Minimum RPM
NOS Minimum VSS
NOS Off Above Load
NOS Off Below Load
NOS Off Above TPS
NOS Off Below TPS
NOS Output
NOS Overrev off
NOS Overrev on
NOS reinstate load
NOS Switch in

You will probably need to pull up your full list due to all the forms not being set up the same in all versions of the AEM software. Do this by hitting CTRL+F10, or it is located under the options menu. The Full List is every parameter and they are in alpha order.

My list is off the full options menu. I have AEM firmware 1.11.

I think the Maximum RPM is can be set by these

NOS Overrev Off
Units: RPM
Desciption: Nitrous will be activated only when the engine speed is below this value. This is an over-rev type function that should disable the nitrous under unsafe engine conditions or when on the rev limiter.

NOS Overrev On
Units: RPM
Desciption: Hysteresis condition for nitrous overrev condition. Must be set lower than NOS Overrev Off option.

I think NOS on above load

NOS Off Above Load
Units: Engine Load
Desciption: Above this engine load the EMS will deactivate the nitrous control. This can be used to spool a turbocharger, which will turn OFF the nitrous once the desired boost has been reached, or as a safety measure to prevent the nitrous from being active in an overboost situation. When the engine reaches this load point, the EMS will cut the active signal to the nitrous relay, and disable any trims that have been set. Set this to the maximum allowable pressure to be active.

NOS Reinstate Load
Units: Engine Load
Desciption: Hysteresis condition for nitrous load conditions. Must be set higher than NOS Off Below Load option and lower than the NOS Off Above Load condition.

NOS Off Below Load
Units: Engine Load
Desciption: The nitrous control will be OFF when below this engine load. Note: The nitrous will not necessarily be ON when above this engine load.

Please be more specific, turning off while in boost as a bad thing such as issues or turning off to simulate fluid loss testing? I have tested the loss of fluid and it worked well and was very safe, as of currently there aren't any issues with the setup either. Hopefully this answers your questions.
