Good luck! I think you are asking one of the most guarded secrets among tuners. I have asked for an ignition map from tuners, on here, and on the forums of AEM and I've got nothing. I can't even get the guy I bought my car from to make me one so I would just have an idea what kind of timing you can run. It's freaking ridiculous!!!

Its not so much that its some big secret but it wouldn't be safe to run someone else ignition map from an AEM cal file. Reason being is every car is different and some alot different than others. I know it sounds crazy but I have tuned a few cars with the AEM including my own and they all like different amount of ignition timing to make the tune safe. Regardless you don't need a ton of ign timing on the stock turbo. Even in most cars the cal file supplied on the v1.03 and the v1.11 had too much ignition timing in areas for a good safe pump gas tune.

This is another reason why I don't recommend anyone purchase a standalone unless they are just willing to learn something about it and FI tuning/unerstanding. Otherwise it could and probably will lead to a great deal of frustration just trying to match the same power that the stock ECU can supply.

If I can dig up a old stock turbo cal file or an ignition map I can will post the up to be used as a reference but I honestly don't know if I still have one but I will look. Also be sure that you have synced up your timing to the EMS if you have cam gears on your car.

If I didn't realize this fact I shouldn't touch my car except to start it and drive it in a stock condition. The thing is I have no idea what ranges people use. For instance the guy I bought my car from states that the stock timing map with 1.03 and 1.11 is too conservative and you are stating it is too much in certain areas. Differant people , differant ways to tune, differant cars, differant timing!
