My AIT is after the BOV. I am also running straight meth. I figure it was mostly important for cold start issues but I would be wondering as well if the sensor could take the methanol.

Thanks for the compliments, just trying to help out my fellow evo community. Thought the site was back up and I was hoping to do a review of the V1.19 and post it here, but it looks as if my injector drivers on my AEM box are shot and it needs to be sent back for warranty.

Yeah, i talked to him yesterday about my ecu and he wasn't that much of a help, but I figured I had already exhausted all of my options besides the stock ecu and wanted to check with AEM for anything else just to be sure. I know I posted a how to on the AIT, MAP, and Boost solenoid back in November of 2003 when I first put the AEM in. They need to just put a sticky up at the top for all of these and leave them there. The 1313 pdf instruction file now tells you how to wire in the MAP sensor at least, but most don't take the time to read that or any of the pdf manuals that come with the software. There are quite a few things that I posted in regards to the AEM as well as others that have been asked multiple times that could have been stickied or found with some good searching, but I know how time consuming and frustrating the searching process can be.
