On my Evo, when I push the gas pedal at WOT, the a/f ratio stays at 13 to 1 for a few sec til I hit 22psi, then it goes to 11.5 to 1. Is this normal and safe or should I tune it to a little more on the rich side?

Also, it feel really lagging when I press the gas pedal........till I get a full boost.

 

It shouldn't be at 13:1 until 22lbs

kinda lean there , be careful because that doesnt sound too safe

 

Remeber as boost builds AFR should lower like a weight scale, this is also very hard to do with the stock turbo so be sure you have your calcs straight. Making sure you have a very smooth transition will help throttle responce and safe power.

Yes Just fine

 

11.5 in 4th gear is great for safety and power

11.7 spool up, 11.5 peakboost, 11.5 throughtout the band, 11.2 towards the top.
