Unhappy Pump Not Priming

the problem i am having is my fuel pump isnt priming....it stoped priming before i tryed a new base map..i figured it might of been my old map that caused it to stop..so then after the new base map it didnt fix it. so i straight wired the pump and it works.....so then i used a volt meter and checked the plug that goes into the pump and there is no power getting to it...i checked all the known fusses that would control the pump. is there a "special" fuse that i might need to check...or would it be the aem causing it????i have searched through 35 pages of "fuel pump not priming"...any body have any ideas????? please help im getting so frustrated......

fuel pump prime is not required, the stock ecu doesn't do it.

it should be a setting in the cal post it or send it bbyevo@hotmail.com

I have seen this once.
I was on my friends car.
His fuel pump primed sometimes and sometimes it didnt.
It was solved by uploading the 1.19 firmware again.
