am i getting ripped off for install + tuning prices for my aem ems for evo IX

this seemed kind of ridiculous so i just wanted to check with you guys. here is the price quote i got for getting my evo ix tuned. i recently purchased a buschur racing hta 35r kit with tubular manifold and buschur 4 inch race fmic + all piping. car is still on stock motor with the exception of cosworth cams and arp head studs. will be tuned on 100 octane. here are the labor costs my local shop printed out for me:

install of turbo kit: $600 (turbo kit is already pre-assembled)
install of aem ems: $480 ( its plug and play)
dyno tune aem ems: $1100 (on a dynopak)
install wide band: $80

is this correct?

Ask how many hours of labor for each of those things, but at first glance, it looks high.

Typically shops charge AROUND $500 for a tune, including dyno time. It looks as if they're charging for a tune AND dyno time.

I would look around.

There was a shop around here that did the EMS, install + tune for 2000. I would say about 600 for the turbo install also.

$1100 for a tune is way too much. I think you can also do better on the other prices, or maybe let me rephrase that... I can get better prices here in NY but I don't know how it is in Cali.
