AEM Wont Log

For some reason my AEM wont log. It has the PC logging Icon on the bottom, but everytime I try to pull it up, it says no data in file. Any suggestions? Anybody know if there are any pins or wires I can check.

Yeah I get that... It says that its logging. My problem is that when I go to pull up a log i saved it says "no data in file"

I have that issue to. I can't log with my laptop but the shop that tuned my car can log with his laptop. He said there is a update but i can't find it.
