EMS connection problem

When I go to connect it keeps saying "no file for ecu version".

I checked and made sure it was on the serial connection port and I highlighted my connector. It's the Keyspan USA-19HS. It says that the ECU is online but then then window pops up and says "no file for ecu version".

This message means the firmware on the AEM is not the same version as the file you are trying to open. It has nothing to do with your connection. You are connected to the AEM but your software isn't updated. Go to the AEM website and get the newest firmware.

You should be good. Just make sure that if you have 1.19 on the AEM that you are trying to open a map that is version 1.19 as well. If they are the same then you should be good to go.

Try connecting with the key OFF. When it says ecu offline turn the key to ON

If the above doesn't work disconnect the negative terminal on the battery for five seconds. Then try the above again

If the above doesn't work it is the serial to usb cable you're using
