questions

hey im looking at getting an evo it has a 35r, ams ems, intake, 264 cams, hks ssq, Fidanza cam gears, Hks Carbon Ti exhaust. AEM and Greddy electronic gauges. Greddy boost controller and turbo timer, 880cc injectors, bigger fmic, fuel pump ect. He said the EMS is kinda funny with all evos. He said that cuz the ems the car takes like one or two cranks to start the car. Also said the car runs a little rich but the car is tuned very conseritively. Does this sound fishy about the AMS EMS ?

not uncommon for it to take 2 cranks to start with ems.
