Now I know where Warrtalon is coming from....

Assuming that the BOV is VTA, there will be issues. The may not be as noticeable as idle problems (or they will), but there will be problems.

If you have ever ran across (like they are hard to find) a thread talking about VTA BOV's, you would find all this information out.

No.

Dont get a VTA valve unless you run standalone. Plain and simple.

My buddy Adam on here who has FP Green now had Tial on his 03 with just a flash, said there was nothing abnormal or wrong idlewise or any other way.

some cars are more sensitive than others..

ive been running the tial on our project evo, on ecu and utec at one point, and havent had a problem.

we did however have to experiment with different spring pressures, and i believe we ended up with a 9psi spring...

I love my Tial. No problems. Stock ecu, mass air flow sensor, IX turbo on the VIII.
I do have the stiffest spring in the valve and works great.

they have a recirculating tial coming out soon, i would hold out for that..

i recently tested a couple bov's that were vta, and the stocker as a vta by just pulling it out of the intake.

logged everything.. every shift because super rich and remained rich for a little bit before settlingback down.

no drivablity issue's, but its not the best for performance, you may even lose a couple hp.

when i no lift shifted it didnt effect anything. a/f remained the same

cheers!

It varies from car to car. I've actually had one on my stock ecu talon at one point and had no issues either. Other cars just won't stay idle at all.

I rode in adams car with his tial with stock ecu and it had no problems at all.
