Basically Iam gonna be running the Tial BOV on my car with the 2.4l and 3065 Turbo kit while my car is in the break in process. Once I hit the break in, Ill be thrown the Autronics on and then ill have a EMS so no worries.
But just from what Ive seen happen; with out an EMS system and a VTA bov, like a few have said, you will run very rich inbetween shifts, which in turn causes HP decrease. So if thats not a problem for you, then get it. But I wouldnt be getting the Tial BOV if I wasnt also gonna have a EMS. Honestly though, any BOV besides stock leaks a little during shifts. Even the Forge RS. Maybe not as much as say a Tial or HKS Recircd, but it still leaks. If you want the best performance BOV, stick/get the stock IX bov.
My 2cents.
Oh and btw, it doesnt matter how much psi you are running, or how big of a turbo kit you have. If you have a VTA bov on stock Ecu, its gonna leak during shifts no matter what. Simple as that.
