the problem im having is that on the idle% vs target table that from 0% to 37.9% the IAC motor will move. (i had the IAC motor out of the throttle body and watched it) but if i go > 37.9 the IAC motor doesnt move.

i also did the ohms check between pin 1&2 2&3 and then 4&5 5&6 all where 35ohms. the manual says 22-33 ohms but that was at 65degree my motor was hot so i figured it was ok.

Is the IAC motor bad? i didnt think so because it moves and the ohms check checked out.

anyone have this problem?
