Also Ive been having issues with AEMTuner connecting to my ECU. It only connects if I open a file my tuner sent me. Did he lock the EMS?

Ask your tuner if they locked the ECU. If so tell them to give you the pass, you paid for the tune and WTF are they doing locking your tune.

It looks like it drove the plunger to far. There is a hard stop it can hit inside the TB. So I am not sure how the hell that happened. But that could be your problem .

It does stop when its bolted up but it completely closes off when I start the car on the AEM. With the stock ECU it doesn't

Here it is guys all fixed! My AEM EMS is using my Zeitronix wideband sensor as the primary o2 sensor. Found out the sensor was dieing so I replaced it with a new one and bam. Issue fixed!

Thanks for all the help!

Alright guys. I thought I had fixed it but it came back. Seems like the car acts up more when a lot of battery power is being used. I changed the alternator and got a new battery but it didn't help

Here's a log I did at idle for a few minutes. Towards the end of the log I got it to surge a lot when I wacked the throttle real quick with the headlights, high beams, heater blower motor, and interior lights all turned on. If I turn all of that off it fixes itself pretty quick

Did you get anything figured out with your idling issue? I'm having the same kind of issue real bad surge at idle and a really high idle
