I looking to getting an AEM ems soon. What is everyone using for an intake since most are speed density. right now i have a samco inlet pipe and an ARC intake box. I really would like to keep the intake box. Thanks for the help

 

I know you asked about AEM, but I have a Power FC that converts to MAP and I run a K&N cone on the stock intake pipe. I would like to do something different, but I'm not sure what.

 

I run a aem intake with a k&n filter. I don't use the mass air sensor anymore of course. It works great for me.

as far as i know, there is no commercially avalible mafs replacement for the evo's. we usually just stick a cone filter on whatever intake the customer has.

 

Buschur sells an intake pipe specifically for conversion to speed density. I don't think it is up on thier site, but it is available from then as an option when you buy the AEM EMS and I have no doubt they would sell it as a seperate part for anyone who wants it.
