Fuel pressure sensor issues

So, I went over the wiring setup on the sensor and it's all correct. When I go into the basic sensor setup, I have everything setup for the sensor as follows:

Fuel Pressure Cal Min 0.00psi
Fuel Pressure Cal Max 150.0 psi
Fuel Pressure Volts Min 0.50
Fuel Pressure Volts Max 4.50

Static Fuel Pressure is set to 43.5 psi
Calibrate Fuel Pressure from Sensor is (Checked)
Fuel Pressure Fail Safe is (Checked)
Fuel Pressure Sensor Failsafe is at 12 psi
Fuel Pressure Smoothing is set at 60%

But in the Live Data the Raw Value is seen at 5.00
and the scaled is reading 12.00.
If I change the failsafe from 12 psi to 43.5 psi that is what will show on my AEMnet gauge and also when I am logging.

what am I missing? Is my sensor faulty?

Either something is wrong with the wiring or the sensor itself.

You're hitting the sensor failsafe because the defined max volts is 4.5v but it's reading 5.0v. Anytime the sensor is outside of the defined min / max volts, the Infinity references whatever you have defined as the Fuel Pressure Failsafe.

So, I went over the wiring and redid the harness to the Aux plug and now the reading is sitting at for a raw valve is 0.46 but still shows 12 psi. is that cause the power its seeing its out of range lie you said for the 5.00 raw valve?

Also my oil pressure sensor is now reading some crazy stuff also its all over the place 40 then 50 then 110 then back to 55. My gauge is reading 80+ psi at idle for cold start and 30 psi for a warm motor.

Yes. The defined minimum volts is .50v. It's reading 0.46v, which is below .50v. So, the Infinity is still using the Failsafe value.

I got you; I figured out the fuel pressure sensor is just a bad sensor out of the box, also the oil pressure I was able to get working right also.
