car is going to the dealership....with ems??

I am concerned, the car is going in for break(f@#k'n rotors) issues, but b/c of the delay in startup with the ems should I be worried about warranty issues? I am running speed density with the MAP sensor, can/should the ems be taken out for the service?

uhhh yeah. You definitely want to take it out, unless you don't want anymore warranty on your car.

if you dont care about warranty work , when it comes to motor and tranny . Then you shouldn't have any problems. But later on don't complain , if you decide to take the car the way it is and mitsu voids the entire warranty on the car.

They are doing brake work, I doubt they will even notice the EMS unless they look for it. Why would they look closely inside the car or under the hood? The brakes are on the outside.

I know some like to poke around. When the dealer did a warranty deal for my 5th gear hub/synchro they pulled the clutch.. Why would they do that?

They're supposed to only be able to void your warranty if the mods you have on the car caused the problem but you might want to anyway take it off anyway just because they always find a reason to void you warranty

with the way that mitsu has been , like i said if you dont plan to worry about your motor , ecu and wiring warranty then dont worry about it.
but if you do , then you are better safe then sorry .
