Hey man, i just brought Bendix prem. for like 70 bucks i think or was it 50 at repco? it escapes me...
Anyway, i dont brake hard or anything, but the brake does its job for me, stops in time, not much brake dust... can't recall any noise from it..... soo yeh, sorry can't be more descriptive, but i guess its good, cause i haven't mention a problem with them..

I just changed the pads the other week, and its missing a brake clip!! Soo either i didnt' get the clips from the factory or when i got it serviced at Mitsu they forgot to put it back on!! I certainly didn't lose it, cause i havent' changed the b'pads previously...
would u know how much it cost for those brake clips

I also have put in the Bendix prem, got em for $38 trade price. Found them to be verry good for normal day to day driving also when you have to jump on the brakes hard, they pull the car up quite well. Sure there will be better pads, depends how much ya wana spend.

So the Bendix are good hey, I am probably looking around the $50 mark a set so as I said I dont want to break the bank but at the same time I want the best I can get. If someone could be so kind as so post approximate prices of other brands. To put it this way if I have to spend a little more to get a lot better pad I will spend a little more. Thanks again.

If I wasn't going to upgrade my brakes, I'd go Bendix too as a couple of friends rate them.

Not trying to hijack the thread but has anyone else used EBC kevlar pads or their rotors? If so, what are your thoughts?

wow.... $50 for pads.... to stop a $20,000 car.

Anyway, Bendix Ultimate is what we recommend to our good customers and we can do them at around $100. they are the best for road use. But if you want to go on track, then consider some more serious stuff like EBC Greenstuff with some slotted rotors.

I am sure you will get loads of customers the way you just demonstrated your conduct. Anyway I have since done some proper research into the issue and have found that for good pads they are around 100 - 150. Bendix are ok but apparently they are not what they were a while ago, so I am looking at them all.
