Here are a couple of pics of my new ride - before I start fixing it up a little. Shopping for rims first and I'll go from there.

Also I'm Looking for tips on reducing road noise, the car is super quite, but the roar from the tyres can give u a decent headache after an hour of highway driving. Anyone - please!

Get better tyres. No better way to do it. Select a softer tyre that is known for it's low road noise. Ask a handful of tyre shops which tyre they recommend. I've found a lot of tyre shops will recommend whatever they have excess stock in, regardless of the quality (After all, it'll be 12-18 months before you buy tyres again and probably forgot about their poor recommendation)

You will pay more fo softer tyres, and they won't last as long, but the grip and reduced road noise, is in my opinion worth the extra money and shortened life.

Thanks for that.
I went into mitsubishi and they had no idea. I will have to wait till I buy my alloys, otherwise i'll have to buy 2 lots and i cant afford that. But hopefully i might be able to do that sooner rather than later

Cheers

Bankstown Motor Group is having a special on 14" mag wheels at the moment.

I'm not sure of they're too small for you, but they're going like $400 for the full set. (No Rubber)

Thanks again

But as usual im in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong amount of money.

I have to sell my 4wd Ute before i get the wheels. Probably about a month or so. I will be doing some serious shopping then. I think i want a dark tint and possibly the sports exhaust at the some time. I'll have to wait and see what they cost and what cash i have. - Dam money - always ruins the party.

Cheers

Actually i have been thinking the chrome tip did look a bit stupid - it was a bonus when i bought the car - poor subsititute for a sports exhaust. Think I'll take it off today.
