AMS Labor package Specials

AMS LABOR PACKAGE SPECIALS

Timing belt Service

Alot of you 2003/2004 evo owners are riding around on borrowed time. 50-60k is the recomended time for a timing belt service. Unlike running out bad tires a bad timing belt can REALLY cost you a pretty penny if neglected.

Normally AMS offers this service for $544.82 with parts and labor

For the next 6 weeks we will be offering this service for $459.95

That includes:

.
  • Mitsubishi OEM Timing belt
  • Mitsubishi OEM ballance shaft belt
  • Mitsubishi OEM Timing belt Tensioner

$459.95 is pennies compared to having to pull the head off and replace valves or worse yet a piston with a newly installed inspection hole.

If you would like to add a Water pump to the service it would be $237 additional.

Clutch Service

I dont need to go into how much abuse the evo clutch takes. Maybe its time to swap it out for an upgraded model. maybe just a stock replacement. For whatever clutch you need we have a labor special that you bank account will be happy with

Normally our clutch service is $576 plus parts.

For the next six weeks only AMS will be offering this service for $425!!

The final price will be determined by the clutch you choose, what type of flywheel you like (resurfaced or aftermarket) and what type of fluids.

Please also take into consideration that if you have an 05/06 with an active center diff an additional hour will have to be added ($72) to properly perform the clutch job.

Coolant system Flush Special

Clean that cooling system up and make it stronger with samco and redline.

$249.95
  • Samco Upper and lower Coolant hoses
  • Complete coolant system flush
  • Redline watter wetter coolan additive

These are some great labor prices and I hope many of your take advantage of this. Please keep in mind all prices DO NOT INCLUDE TAX ON PARTS. so please take that into account when booking your appointment.

I might jump on some hoses!!! I vote you round up or down the numbers, as it is confusing to look at: $459.95 just say 460.00. I think a dyslexic might be confused also, and pay $954.59 for the same service.

I see the radiator hoses listed, do you have Samco intercooler hoses also?? I did a Boost leak test with compressed air, and MAN those stockers bloated up like that chubby kid on Willie Wonka and the Chocolate factory. I think those are a wise purchace. I would imagine you can maintain high boost without the "expansion".

The "higher" the HP, the more frequent you have to change it. I have changed 4 already, not because I NEEDED to, but because it is cheaper than a NEW motor/head!! it's cheap insurance for sure. That price is AWESOME as well!!

Eric, the brake package I got is absolutley great, thanks.

Replacing the Exedy Hyper Single is next to do on my list, this just gives me more reason to do so. ******* clutch chatter is driving me up the wall. Can anyone reccomend any decent clutches that don't make abnoxious noise?

Bill
