They will probably reskin the roof with an MR roof, or just do the "sunroof delete" by welding in sheet metal-the latter is often done on Porsche street-to-track conversions.

We have had a carbon roof made. It's carbon/kevlar blend. The kevlar is there for prevent it from splintering and turning into razor blades in case of an 'incident'. The roof weighs about 10-11 lbs. I have the mold for these the roof and we're going to have them for sale soon.

wow sick how much would you say and how heavy you think you can get a evo down to in wight now? im also looking to make as light as i can get. **** keep up the work!!

More than that I would estimate, 11-13 lbs?

over a standard roof you should save roughly 10 lbs. We will weigh the stock roof here shortly.
