+1 I have cash burning a hole in a bank vault somewhere... prefer to get the new one but would consider the previous model at cheaper cost.

I just installed a ported and coated o2 housing and a Walbro this weekend and there's a set of injectors waiting to go in and be tuned. I would like to get the FMIC done and in the tune at the same time.

well the cast pieces arrived. We were just waiting to deplete stock on the sheet metal units and I think we only have about 15 or so left so you can expect a release very soon.

I have been following this thread for over a year now and that was the first post I have made so why are you talking to me about patients? and Yes I will be one of the first to get myself a new AMS intercooler.

 

If I were AMS, I would put this up there high priority as they have waiting customers just ready to pull the trigger on the new FMIC design and count the sales.




I'll stick with my 3" 1st gen FMIC.

Well I was sick of waiting and bought a second car with the money haha (93 S13). I'll have the money again by October so hopefully by then you guys will have released the new one lol.

 

Yeaaaaa, getting an IC from elsewhere. now its been like 21 weeks.

We only have 15 of the sheetmetal cores left which as I have stated are just as good as the new rendition.

However to expedite this a little bit I will let those 15 go for $650 Shipped.

jw...with the new intercooler coming out, are you guys possibly going to sell it part of a intercooler kit like the race intercooler kit?

 

The intercooler will be sold separately as the sheet metal FMIC was. It will still be a bolt on intercooler so that it can be used with the stock IC piping.
