UPDATE- Got to the car & its showing on my scanner P1773 LR/DIR solenoid, then out of nowhere it refused to start, clicking like a machine gun while refusing to turn over. Tried to give it jump start but no luck. tried 1 last time after everything and it tried to crank but then went right back to clicking and no start.
researching the code didnt give me a straight answer on what it was other than its similar to a master code that only mitsubishi scanners can show what exact part is broken, not sure how true that is but seen it at more than 1 source.
Still hoping for any ideas

2014 mitsubishi lancer - stock-

Driving a small trip last night. slowing down at a light then hitting the gas before a complete stop and the car hesitated going, as if it couldnt decided what gear..a little gas, no problem. Didnt even reach OP temp and a quick walk in & out of the store. Come back out, car starts, no lights but as soon as Im out of reverse the dash lights up with ABS & a picture similar to when your spinning tires in snow. It refused to give me the slightest power when the gas pedal was applied.

turned off & on several times and the light each time came on faster & faster to the point it now comes on before the stupid periodical maintenance light.

I had to walk home as my phone & flashlight both failed me at the time but im going back now to problem solve & see if I can limp drive it a mile home. Im taking a bluetooth ebay scanner using torque and my friend is going to meet me with a quality code scanner.

Any suggestions on what to look for, codes to check...anything would be massively appreciated as Im currently on the financial struggle bus and stealership costs are the last option if at all possible. Thanks guys
