I order the exhaust around november and its taking alot longer than promise... i would like to know how much longer do i need to wait on this thing. Last time you told me that apexi is going to have it in on march 13, but no words from you after that. I'm currently in the cayman islands, and if you need to reach me, you can email me..i sent Andy a email on sunday regarding the exhaust... but i havent received a reply.. Can you please get me a ETA, i'm looking foward that by the time i get back i would have the Full catback exhaust waiting for me... im coming back on aug 10, thats gives us more than 2 months time. Please find out when .. i'ts been a very long wait.......

I am sory that Apexi has been taking forever on that exhaust. It will be here definitely by the time you come back.
How is the car running wit the Tomei cams?

thanks for the reply,, im really looking forward to seeing the exhaust... i know its worth the wait in the end..... as for the Cams i havent install it yet, i am waiting to have the head ported and polish... and i might have the bottom end built while im at it... soo, its going to be a process...

actually i have a questions, between the cusco twin disk carbon faced and the exedy triple plate (non carbon) which both are close in price ... which one would u recommend...?

i know the cusco is cardon faced... how long would it last since its not Full carbon...has any one complain about the longevity of this clutch.... i am aiming for about 4-500 hp at the wheels... and i would like the clutch to last ..im not going to drag the car daily, but maybe once inawhile some sprited driving.. . what about the exedy triple plate?

 

Hi Chee,

I would go with Cusco. It will be a lot easiert to drive, compared to the Exedy Triple, which is really grabby. The Cusco will be perfect for up to 600whp. Just make sure that it is installed properly.

Do you have any of the r95 ti catbacks in stock.

If you don't can you still get them?

 

I have the Cusco Twin-disk and I love it. Msand has it too and has no complaints to my knowledge. I purchased mine from Boost Solutions as did Msand. The Cusco is a great choice and well worth the moola.

You should order some of the r95 ti's if you know anybody who can get them.

Apex'i said they stopped making the r95's and the 90mm hyabusa's in titanium.

So whatever stock is left will be the last left.

And I don't think anyone else is going to make a 95mm titanium exhuast anytime soon.

im still waiting on a update on the exhaust..plus.. for the procams do i need to get the tomei cam gears only or can i get Hks cam gears .

do you have the ats twins in stock yet..? how much are you asking for it..?

 

the apexi r-95 is dicontinued i found out by bulletproof i ordered it and waited for 2 1/2 months and found that out from them. i not sure if george was informed of this but i thought i would tell you.

 

fastct9a, yeah i heard of this also .... but i did order and paid for this exhaust in november of last yr... and so far, George and Boost solutions still tell me that this exhaust is on its way and i do hope it is...because its almost been 8 months wait...if they decide to tell me now that the exhausat is discontinue.. i would be very upset ...i have sent 6g with them and i was planning on spending 6g more.... but everything is on hold untill i see what is the outcome .... but i am giving them the benefit of the doubt... because they are great people and i do hope things would turn out for the best...all i can do is wait, because as you can see above George said that it will be there before i get back to Florida and i will trust him.. untill he gives me a reason to not to...

 

hey man i hope everything works out for you. i would give george chance but, i would at least be lokking for second option such as the hayabusa 90mm, mines has a 90mm exhaust as well, the rocket dancer striker exhaust is also 90mm,. these exhaust are not 95mm but thats the closest we both are gonna get unlees you build your own.if you dont receive in by the time you get back thats what i would do.
