Holy crap my car runs smooth
Doug spent this weekend at my house and we got a number of things accomplished. We went to the local track Friday and I spanked that ****, we went to Savannah on Saturday and Doug spanked that ****, and Sunday Doug tuned my ride for drivability. Gio, it runs like yours now. I love it. We never really had time to pay too much attention to this due to the fact that we were always rushing to go somewhere so it was put off. The new two-step launch. Holy shizzle. Talk about flames, smoke, and the loudest darn noise ever, not to mention 18psi build up before the launch. I almost went into the rail once cause I was sceaming off the line like never before. My transfercase held up too so don't be scurred. The closer I get to deploying to Iraq the more I just don't give a hoot if I break something. I'm just enjoying my Evo to the fullest until then. Everybody needs to come to Savannah soon. Ask Doug, there were over 50 decent cars at the spot on Saturday. No street racing though because that is bad right Ryan and MO.
Tons of Domestics and Imports. Everyone gets along for the most part. There was a Mustang converted to Saleen SPECs, Turboed hondas, subarus, 240s, you name it it was there. Guys I say again yall need to plan a trip down here soon. This Friday is Import vs Domestic in Savannah. This track is decent but only 1/8th mile. 15 bucks to run and 7 to spectate.
Doug, good job on the tuning.
George, you better come next time and then you don't have to call us every 5 minutes for updates. You will have fun. If you have to bring your other half she can hang with mine while we are doing our thang.
Doug also worked on Gonz's car and installed a Boost controller. Gonz was very happy, but I'm sure he'll post his catch can story soon. Lets just say another shop butchered that job badly, but not my business to say who. He has pics so if he posts them they will speak for themselves.
George I can't wait to get my new intercooler and C2DI. Record breaking is in the near future.

Matt,
I am happy for you!!!
I love my car and I am driving it hard every day (at least 2 hard launches a day...) and I can tell you smooth is good, no complaints from the passengers unless they realize my speed
I am available this weekend so let me know what are yuor plans.

Yeah, you guys should come up here too. only an 1/8th but a decent track and lots of imports and domestics. turboed integras, civics, hatches, and of course Rustangs and f bodies everywhere. Not to mention some of the best mountain runs possible 30 minutes away with parts of it 2lane road that is 4 lanes wide with no traffic. Anyways we need to get up again. I need to come to Boost Solutions this Friday actually for some tuning and new tires hopefully while Im in town.
