Hey guys-
Hello from the states, so anyone going to be at this 3 day show? Personally I'm not too much of a car show guy but I'll be attending this show to:
1. My cousin is huge into car shows so I'll be keeping him company.
2. Show support for a friends company: intuned online
3. Just want to be in Montreal again.

I'll be parked with the emotion guys and i'll be in and out all three days long but if you spot me come say hi! Can never meet too many evoM guys.

We've attended this show with the BMW Club of Quebec for the last couple of years. It was kind of a bust for us.
We brought along some very interesting cars: tuned Evo VIII, tuned Porsche 996 GT3, various M3's, turbo E30, etc., etc. Basically, a mix of pure race cars and street&track cars. There was basically no interest at all from the attendees. It was definitely a "dirt poor high-school student" crowd...not a car enthusiast crowd.
The kids were basically into flashy paint, loud stereos, and trashy stripper-type chicks. No one really seemed interested in performance cars. Major disappointment for us

But if you're a show-car type, then the event is probably worthwhile. I just don't think it was the right venue for us.
Damn man, that sucks... but you're right, a car show is not the place to show off race cars. Post some pics up! I'm interested in seeing your cars!
Like I said, I'm not a huge car show guy so I'll be in and out. Luckily my cuzz will be there to watch over my car under their booth, hah.
