white underglow

Hey guys,

I saw a civic with white underglow cruising north of 400 the other day, just want to know if that's legal.

I know the color lights are illegal, what about white lights? are they fine?

Can some one bring up the link to ontario provicial traffic laws or any traffic laws that relate to this issue?

Many thanks

it’s not official, but white underglow and amber underglow is considered ‘legal’
but in the end, it is all up to the police officer…

Most underglows are legal, as long as they are tucked underneath the car. Meaning that you can't actually see the tubes.

Either way.. Underglow is dead..

don't worry, haha, i wont' be getting it, saving $$ for house. It's just something that's always on my mind. I get all sorts of answers from different people, just want to clearify on the issue.

Then again, like razo said, it does depend on the cops, whether they're having a good or bad day.

Its not illegal just not liked. if you do get pulled over its always for a BS fine anyway. Only restrictions are to the front and rear of the vehicle. I got pulled over for the evox style plate. cop says "its supposed to be in the middle" I say "a Huh". SO it was just BS cause there's n othing about a froont plate being mounted on one side of the vehicle or not just that there has to e one and cant be in windshield. has to be on bumper. Ya know whats funny. Yellow lights on the front are illegal, But nobody attacks that issue because its to close to amber.

I agree with the "underglow is never dead"

Not until ever last civic drifting/*** dragging ricer has smashed their car beyond repair

depends on your state, or in your case country. Red and Blue are definitely illegal everywhere i have been unless you are parked.

Red isn't,as long as its only in the back....if you have red on the sides or front..big no no goes against the highway traffic act and the hefty fine if caught
