what are you trying to do with this switch?

It might be easier to find a suitable switch that way.

wire it off a fuse!! A normal 12V toggle switch wired off a fuse, make sure it's a fuse rated high enough for your application (Fuse EVERYTHING!!!) or it's on the input side of the fuse, but be aware if the toggle switch is in the on position when you start your car it'll be on. if off it will be off no matter what. A relay, and switch combo may work better for your needs, I have no idea. What your trying to do. That information would help!

I'll think about it for a bit, u should be able to wire up a mini project box to do what you want, but i don't think youll find a switch that does it automatically unless its some switch integrated with some electronics.

I assume the underglow kit has its own power supply, the switch would just be the turn on.

put a couple of electronics in a little black box. an easy way of doing what you want is to use one of those toggle switches that does not lock in any position other than the center position. Using an SCR, you can power it by using any power source that turns off when the car turns off. Then the toggle switch would be used to turn on the SCR gate which would provide power to any subsequent components. The SCR would then turn off when the car was turned off or when you pressed the toggle switch in the opposite direction to close the SCR gate.
