CVT Shift Knobs

Soo I was looking to get a new shift knob. Yes I know about the cvts and how they arent threaded and such but looking here:

https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/la...ml#post5199459

and then here at the products

http://www.mitsubishiparts.net/catalog/?section=565

There must be a way to change the knob....

however I have no clue... anybody have any experience with this?
