Hey Guys,

Just thought I'd make a formal introduction for our shop, SG-Motorsport.com. We are well known in the Nissan community for building some of the fastest and most reliable SR20 setups in ontario, and actually won the Canadian Touring Car Championship in 2007 with our 240sx! Her name was Sandra, what a good girl she was.

Now we run a 350z in Koni Challenge as well as doing the odd regional race events at Mosport and other local tracks, where we've qualified first and run up front a few times this season. We'll need a bit more power to be competitive in Koni, but the experience and knowledge you gain from real professional racing is incredible, and we're glad to be able to pass on our motorsports knowledge to you guys, whether it is lapping day stuff or full out race car builds.

Our shop is in Brampton, and we mostly do custom intercooler and exhaust plumbing, turbo kit upgrades and engine tuning (RWD Dyno only, but road tuning is always possible), as well as chassis tuning (alignments, suspension consulting and setup, ride height and damper tuning etc).

I'm considering what we can do to get to know you guys in the community and we're thinking about developing an EVO X turbo back exhaust and doing a group buy at nearly our cost for Stance coilovers. Stance has been our sponsor for some time now and their dampers are honestly phenomoneal, nothing else for the price can even touch their quality and damper control. But more on that later!

Please feel free to PM me, email me or reply to this thread with ideas on what the GTA EVO / Lancer community is looking for, hopefully we can work with you guys to make it happen! We also offer at the track driving instruction and car setup service, so perhaps we can get 10-15 members to a similar track day next season for a minimal fee and help you guys go faster!

Do you guys do any tuning?

 

I'll answer that for him... YES!!! These guys have fully-built race cars, and the first time I visited them they we're street-tuning a Subawho. Definate referral.

 

We also have a Dynapack in house but unfortunately only have two pods at the moment, so we can't do any Evos or other AWD cars!

However street tuning or race track tuning is always an option and frankly, often yields better results than actual dyno tuning, as you are not trying to emulate a real world environment, you're in the real world environment!
