It depends on what you like. I have 5% in the back(dark) and no tint in the front because of our laws in BC. A 5% in back and a 35%(lighter) in the front would look good. Personally I like a 35% in front and back. I would have got that if I could. I would think if you go too dark in the front like a 5-15% it would be pretty hard to see pedestrians and other stuff at night.

i originally had 20% all around…
now i have 30% on my side windows and 20% on my back window.
i loved having 20% all around, but i found it to be annoying at night.
30% for the side windows is still plenty dark, pretty much legal, and it’s good at night.
i left the back window 20% just because it looks better and helps when higher vehicles are behind and their headlights enter your rear view mirror.
also, i have a brand new tint-protector moleskin kit with instructions available if anyone needs one.

brads - wouldn't that look off (the 35% in the front w/ 5% in the back)?

i'm getting mine done on Saturday, but not sure what %age to get
was thinking 25 - 30 up front
and 15 in the back

actually it doesn't look bad. My friend in Victoria has a black 08 GTS with that and it looks good. It looks better than mine with 5%Back and nothing on front. They are pretty strict out here with the tint laws so you got to go really light in the front. My fiancee has a '00 civic with 35% all around and she got pulled over and had to $$$ to remove the front tint.

The 25-30%F and 15%B would look good. I like darker in the back because as razo said it cuts out the headlights and there is lots of jacked up pickups around where I live.
