has anyone tried dynoing their car? i went today and for some reason the abs light went off and some random alerts came on. one of the guys there said its probably running on safe mode since the rear tires are not moving and the computer senses it. anyone have this problem before?

What do out mean they're not moving? What kind of Dyno are you on?

when the front tires were spinning and the rears were locked, the abs light went off.. 2wheel dyno since lancer gts is fwd.

As far as the throttle cut I don't remember that happening, i'll check with the other guys to see if it happened to them.

aite thanks, all u really need to do is check ur dyno sheet... check n see if power drops completely at 6000rpm it wont look like a normal dyno... kinda just peaks n drops like no tmr lol.

never had light go off, and i use my scan tool all the time and i can see soft and hard codes that are stored. nothing came up.

for mine, the throttle completely cuts at 6000rpm so no more acceleration. the dyno shows it going straight down.... dun really get why it happens n i wana see if i can do anything about it so i can get a proper dyno result =s. mines cvt, so i did mine in 4th gear. evosoul did u do it in gear or D?
