Anyone know how they decide markings on the Lancers? I saw an "lancer evolution ralliart", and a "lancer ralliart". My car is an MR, and it's written "lancer evolution", yet I've seen markings of "lancer evolution MR". Is this a U.S./Canada/etc, difference?

Does anyone know where in Canada to buy the "AWD vehicle, flat bed tow only" stickers?

 

MR badge is an option in Canada, it'll cost you addition CAD$18.
I got my AWD flat bed tow sticker from eBay.

 

Darn but I was hoping you'd say, "Canadian tire", or something I could drive over to...I really don't want to order on-line just for a sticker with shipping, etc, but I may have to.
Thanks for the info about the MR...looks nice in your picture. I wasn't told of the option, but then again I bought off the dealer's lot. Would the same thing be for the "lancer evolution ralliart"/ "lancer ralliart"?

Just wondering...What does the back of your car say, ie, "Lancer Evolution Ralliart", or "lancer Ralliart"?...and did you buy here in Canada? Did you have an option of having the "evolution" part written on the back of your car?

 

according to Mitsubishi's website, the Ralliart belongs in the Lancer line, not Evolution.

According to the Mitsubishi US site they keep them separate. the canadian site has the Ralliart as its own category, probably to promote it.

On the back of my car, a Lancer Ralliart, I have the "Lancer" badge with the ralliart emblem below that and a little to the side. This is what yours should look like. There is no such thing as a Lancer Ralliart Evolution. The Lancer line-up goes DE/ES/GTS/RA/Evolution, they are all lancers, just different models.

 

In this site, there is a person who posts some pictures of his car...on the back of the car it says, "Lancer evolution Ralliart"...that didn't make sense to me, so that's why I was asking. I'm going to try to remember where that picture was posted.

 

Where did you get the MR badge for $18...cheapest I've found is $22 U.S. + ship + duty+ taxes+ exchange rate+ credit card fee...that must be close to $500 now...lol.

Hey you, I haven't bought one yet as I was waiting for the 10%-off card from the dealership here. Will only cost me in total $20 CAD from the dealership here, but if I was to order it on-line from the U.S., then they charge $20 U.S. for shipping, plus the price of the badge, then the exchange, etc, so the cost is at least double for me.
