I don't think that he is allowed to import an "illegal" product. The Canadian DMV may refuse to register the car, he may be denied insurance and so forth... I know, move to America

actually a lot of dealerships around heree have been getting evo's....in fact, my dealership (burlington) has one sitting in their showroom....the deal is that they are going through a lot of red tape right now to try and convince the gobernment to let them license the car if they do the mods to the front re-bar, drl's, and child restraint system...the price will be $45,500 CDN when they can sell them
