exactly, there is no CAI that you don't have to either cut a hole in the guard or remove the guard completely...injen and aem are the only ones that make CAI's for our cars and both of them go to the same place

My AEm i didnt have to cut any holes...it mounted perfecally in teh wheel well infront of the tire...all you do is un do the pop pins (whatever tehre called) at the bottom of the splash guard...take it off feed the piping up from the bottom and mount the bolt where (what im asuming is) the abs sensor. put the splash guard back on...some people say you have to take the wheel off but it is not nessary and its easier to get from the bottom....no cutting nessarry. At the meet on the 27th i can even take mine off for everyone and show you how to do it with no cutting... its really easy...15 min no joke

then you are missing one of the vertical splash guards...i know how to do it, i did my own and it was easy, but there is no way to do it without removing or cutting the vertical guard....sounds like you are missing that part which is why you didn't cut anything....and that part is a rust inhibitor i believe
