Simoniz Cordless random orbital

Greetings!

I just thought I would let whoever may be interested know that Canadian Tire has this polisher on for $69.00 which is 20 bucks off their regular price.

If I am not mistaken, I believe that this is the same basic maching as the Meguiar's Cordless which is $155.00 at Lordco and they said that was a deal price.

I tried it out today and think I am going to be very happy with the purchase.

Regards

Cool, what store so I can pick up 2 extra batteries two extra foam heads 4" & 6", brush, pollisher head and sanders.

Worth the price for sure and I get to keep the extra unit.

Dr. Crash

Here is a link to a discussion on what I believe is this unit.

http://www.detailcity.com/forums/sho...light=cordless

I used it on my RA and the battery held up fine. I used it mainly for putting on the Meguiar's Gold Class and did a little buffing and removing with it as well. I am happy with the unit but I am not an expert. Will post more as time goes on but I don't plan on waxing every week

Any questions, please ask.

as a professional...

May I suggest using the polisher to apply the thinest coat of wax possible. Instead of using the buffer to remove the wax, use 100% cotton towels by hand. The thiner the wax the easier it is to remove. Less chance of scratching or swirlly marks. Re-apply wax every 5 washes.

I used the 6" foam head with the Gold Class and it really but a nice thin and even coat on. I just put a line of polish in a circle on the foam, placed the polisher on the vehicle and then started it. No splatter and no waste. Try a very small amount to start and go from there.
