Cobb AP 93 Oct Stage 2 on Stock

I have been reading that there are many people using the Cobb stage 2 map with their bone stock evo x. Since stage 1 maps were giving me knock issues, I have recently flashed my stock evo with the stage 2 map and did some logs.

Would anyone be able to look at my log and tell me if the numbers look okay?
I am seeing boost pressures over 26 psi. Is it dangerous to keep running like this?

I am new to tuning so any insight would be appreciated! Thank you!

I still have my pill in and it's still boosting pretty high. Today I saw it spike at 27 psi. It feels like the boost pressures are going up as the weather's getting colder here in IL.
Do people switch to the LWG map in the winter so they don't over boost??

I wish I had a wideband don't have the money or time to purchase one right now

Havent had much of an issue with overboosting due to the colder weather... that being said, running the stage 2 map on a stock car seems like a bad idea...

I am very intersted in this as well. I have seen others saying stage 1 mivec is too agressive and they run stage 2 on stock. I am seeing varying opinions on this.

Can someone(who knows what they are talking about) say with confidence if its ok or not to try stage 2 on stock?

I know Jon has commented on this in other threads. What someone else does and says it works, should not be taken as the gospel. Check this thread:

Im going to say this AGAIN

2011 + Stage 1and 2 maps are NOT like the 2008-2010 maps
Stage 1 and 2 work as they are designed and rarely have knock

I have been using Stage 2 on a completely stock setup for almost two months now and it has been working fine. No knocking but it does over boost so I have been using the low waste gate map with the pill in.

Any idea what the gains of a stage 2 map on a stock car would be over the base maps?

Is your car stock or do you have testpipe/hfc?

So for an 08 is it advisable to use the stage 2 with stock intake and exhaust?

I followed the guidance that comes with the AP and did stage 1 on the stock car and it seems fine to me (I did some logging when I first flashed and didnt see any extreme/warning sign knock), but if the stage 2 map is somehow safer or more advisable to run even if stock I would reflash.

I have stage 1 on my 08 MR and see very little knock. I am also wondering if stage 2 is any "safer" due to the less agressive timing. Is the more agressive timing producing more engine wear even if knock is not an issue?
