ETS intake with Cobb

So over the weekend i installed a ETS intake on my 2011 X GSR. I then updated to the new version on the Cobb maps that recently came out (v200 i think). Since then it seems like my car is underboosting and running much slower then it was before the intake. Any suggestions on what might be causing this? I was hitting 26psi consitantly before the install, now i am lucky if I get to 24. I did take out the boost pill also.

Just because clamps are tight doesn't mean they aren't leaking...if you're concerned, pressure test the system. Did you hook up the BCS waste line to the intake like stock configuration?

Yes He did. I looked at his setupand it is like mine. My car was a bit different even with the AP until I got a custom tune. Cobb doesnt even have a map for the ETS intake.

I did use the Cobb sf map though in the meantime and it sufficed. Not like a custom tune though.

yea i would love to use the cobb sf map, but they don't have any intake maps out for the 2011s yet. They are moving very slow to support the Evo Xs

I ended up selling my ETS and went with Cobb sf since I knew a pro tune was out of the picture. The SF works great with the AP now. If you have access to a custom tune that is the way to go. ETS is a great intake too.

I think the custom tune is the route i am going. I am picking up a ETS intercooler and piping next month. Ill just grab a grimspeed at the same time and custom tune it up.
