2013 gsr Cobb access port

I just picked the Cobb ap for my 2013 gsr. I was told but Cobb that everything would work the same for the 2013 as any other year would. When I try to install the AP to my car it says it's not supported for this vehicle. I have the latest firmware, so does anyone know the issue?

Not sure who you talked to but when I call Cobb Plano thay told that it may or may not work. I'm going to hold off for a while.

I have a 2012 and I'm still holding off. The COBB site seems dead. I may go with ECUFlash.

I returned my Cobb AP, it doesn't look like a bright future for the evo's and AP.

You got that right. There is no support on the site.

Have to go to their forums to actually get some help from them, or give them a call. If you already have the cobb you can use it to get a pro-tune or two and switch between the two.

I went to the site and forums. Only saw a few 2012 files so far. I'm in no hurry, so I keep checking.

No telling how long till they get those maps out, the 2011s are still in beta after 2 years. Might want to find a shop that tunes with the cobb software and get a protune. They are much better then the OTS tunes, and normally run around 300-400 dollars depending on the shop.

I have a 2012 GSR, using Cobb AP with protune. Before I got protuned, I play around with the beta maps and it worked fine.

The 2013 support is being worked on. We are in the process of collecting all the ROMs so it may take a little while before we can add the support.
