UICP and LICP

Hello evo lovers,

I have a question about having a tune for the uicp and licp. I was wondering if i need a tune to have them in my car???

I know to benefit from the parts i will need a tune, but can i run them without a tune and not hurting my car.

It's my understanding that minor gains can be had from the UICP, but upgrading your LICP won't gain you anything in most applications.
