12 psi?!?!

I am running stage 2 v400 with a ams test pipe, cat back, and a AGP intake and I am only hitting 12 pounds! I have checked all vac lines and taken out the boost pill.. It will hit a constent 10 but peaks at 12.. What else could this be? I did a boost leak test and nothing... Exhaust leak? Please, anything is better than nothing!

Check if your wastegate or BOV is leaking.

I had a similar problem before. I could not hold over 15psi. It turns out the BOV was leaking and spring was unable to hold the boost.

~11/12 psi is stock wastegate boost levels. triple check it, maybe a vacuum hose is on backwards.

also make sure you aren't running on of the cobb low wastegate maps or one for a 3 port while on stock boost control solenoid.

OK, i put everything stock back on(intake and solenoid) and it seems to run better but Im still only getting 12psi.. I looked at the vac diagram and it looks like i have everything right. I am putting up a picture of the lines now. For some reason picture rotated clockwise... So if your looking at it how it is then the two lines on the left are the first two ports coming out of the solenoids(top and bottom) which go to the wastegate and intercooler. The right 2 lines go to the intake(second two ports top and bottom)

Will a stock bov spring be leaking already? I only have 10k miles. Could the wastegate be shot? Dealership should cover it right? (ill put it to stock tune first)

Only use the products that cobb says to run with specific maps. Otherwise you'll run into issues

False.... I ran the ETS intake, which there is no map for, no issue. The drop in from K&N, no issues. You won't have the EXACT tune for your set up, but there is probably something comprable. If you use the stock maf housing, you can use the stock box tune with little to no issues.

Have you tried to post logs to the Cobb forums yet? Normally those guys are pretty good at looking at them and getting back to you as to what your issue may be.

Update! Problem found. I think my grimmspeed was bad and when I went back to stock I ran new vac lines. Well in my vac line coming from the intercooler I didn't realize there was another "pill" in it, so when I put it back on, bam 26 pounds!!!!
