Also is it suggested to get the relay recall done before adding any edits to our current OTS maps? I just have a stage 1 stock OTS map with the K&N panel filter and I will be making an appointment to get the relays replaced soon.

Thanks!
Yes the settings are good for all evo's but the table size in the 2008 model year is different for Map Based Load calc. Check out the video at 3:30 to see what you have to do differently.

Yep I've watched the video and know what I need to do. Thanks for the clarification though and thanks for the quick reply!

This was super helpful! I was running the Stage 2 + CHFF map (Cosworth filter though) and was able to install my Cobb EBCS and modify the MAF scaling and load tables for the Cobb filter. Now I'm able to run the Stage 3 OTS map with 0-2 counts of knock and hitting 25psi of boost with no issues.

Thanks Cobb!

I'm really impressed with how well the calibration is working.

Before the calibration I was getting a little knock on a daily basis.

So far I have had 0 knock at all!

Thanks Cobb!

K&N Typhoon intake has been added to the spreadsheet. The AEM intake changes the diameter of the lines going to the boost control solenoid which can cause overboosting. We are putting together a tech document outlining how to safely run the intake with our OTS maps. Stay tuned for an update in the next few days.

AEM Intake data has been added to the spreadsheet. You will need to make the proper vacuum line adjustments outlined, and you will also want to start with a low wastegate map as the base for the changes.

I have an aem intake but I put the Cobb tih on because the aem wouldn't fit with the Cobb bov return pipe. Will this table still work for me?

Th turbo inlet will not effect the tune enough to make much of a difference. You should be good to go!

Now that I have the K&N calibration installed on my stage 1 ots map I am getting a lot of knock mostly in 3rd gear when I mash the gas at around 3-4000rpm.

Has anyone else reported this to Cobb or is this just me?

For the AEM calibration, would we start with the regular Stage 1 LWG ACN91 or the Stage 1 + HFCC LwG ACN91 map to modify the values.

Just the regular Stage 1 LWG map. CHFF is a COBB high flow panel filter map, which is already adjusted for our specific panel filter.

Boo I fail you don't happen to have an older excel version of the file do you?

EDIT I: I got open office to open the file I should be good.

EDIT II: Can this be used on the Stage 0 map to simulate stock tune or not really?

EDIT III: Got it up and running and the car runs great!

I'm using the 91 octane map (so I can travel to other states with lesser gas) and I got only 0-2 counts of knock and that was hitting boost hard in 5th gear on an uphill bridge. SOLID...

Damn, well I dont get 10-13 counts of knock but I will get 1-3 counts under load at low RPM and in 2nd/3rd at about 4000-5000rpm.

I'll send some logs to Cobb when I can go through the gears. Right now it's just too slippery everywhere.

Question about LTFT: what if the levels are above or below 5%?

NVM, I read up on LTFT and understand how that works
