Eric, Would you guys be planning to add the aFe intake to your excel list at all. Right now I'm using the Cobb SF map stage 3 but am getting some knock.

Running stage3 91 v403.ptm on a 14 evo with ETS TBE, Grimm 3 port, and ETS intake.

I consistently get 0 knock sum with 25psi peak and 24 hold to redline. Do I even need to scale the intake?

Yes! Check your LTFT and STFT. Changing your maf scaling is simple, just do it.

Unscaled LTFTs was:
* -1.5 idle to 2700
* 0 from 2700 to 4600
* -1.5's from 4600 to 6300
* -3.1 from 6300-red)

After scaling LTFTs and STFTs are pretty much 0's across the board (couple -0.2 's here and there)

On the downside:
- I lost almost 3 psi of peak boost though. but I can 5th gear spike it higher now (26.5)
-picked up some knock sum (2s and 3s from 5180 to redline)

I think she ran better unscaled.

Is there a similar guide for evo 8 / 9? I'm toying with the idea of buying a v3 accessport for my 9, but I'd rather not be locked in to the cobb intake if I want to use one of the OTS maps.

EDIT: Wow it looks like Cobb no longer supports the evo 8 / 9... I had no idea. There goes that idea
