Question Accessport, Relays, and Gauges

I'm planning on getting an Accessport V3 pretty soon, and I've been trying to know as much as I can before I buy. So, I have three important questions:

1) In some AP documents, Cobb says to change the Fuel Pump relay before using an AP to avoid lean conditions. People said to change to a blue/green relay, but since that time, Mitsu has issued a new black relay Part Number 122409 made by Omron. Some 2013 X's were shipped with the original bad relays. However I have a 2014, and many of my relays (including Fuel Pump) are made by Panasonic and do not have the 122409 Part Number stamped on them. Should I change for a blue/green/122409 before I buy/install an AP? Or do the 2014's have the updated relay?

2) Is it safe to use an AP in place of Boost and AFR gauges? Will these readouts from the AP be more accurate than physical gauges?

3) If I leave the AP plugged in when the car is off, will it continue to draw power and drain my battery?

1 Fuel relay on 14s has been updated
2 as far as safe i dont know why you would think it is dangerous but ive been told it is not as accurate as actual gauges
3 draining the batteryis maybe possible but after a long time

but i may be wrong about everything

V3 has a power button, so no.
