My AP V2 won't connect to my ECU for some reason. I updated the AP and now am unable to connect. Any advice?

 

Hey there, is this an original V2 or V2b? The original V2 has a grey dongle that connects to the OBD port where the V2b has a 1-piece black cable.

Do you know what firmware version you upgraded from? Are you running an OTS map or custom tune? If OTS, do you have the version number of the map?

It's the V2b. I'm running a custom tune from a shop in SoCal I believe. I bought the Evo with the AP and tune already on it. I updated the AP and then tried to connect to the ECU and it hasn't worked. I know it is married to the car so that's not the problem.
