Are you running any other mods on the car? I know I was having issues when I first put my UICP on because I didn't tighten down the T bolt clamps enough. You may also want to do some data logging to see what the issue is.

Well i see where you got on it for a couple seconds but never went above 3k rpms do you have a few pulls where you reach higher rpms? Or does it still not build boost as the rpms increase? But yea it should be spiking a lot higher if you go full throttle at those rpms. Are you sure you dont have a boost leak? Did you already do a boost leak test?

Well its pretty safe to say then you most likely have a massive boost leak then. I would go through and check all the piping connections. Because you should be spiking to 26 or 27 lbs of boost then tapering down to 17 or so. If you google search there are tons of ways to do boost leak checks. Easy way is to just get a squirt bottle of soapy water and spray the joints and if you see bubbles then your leaking there!

This ^.

Do the leak check as soon as you can. Boost leaks can cause the turbo to overspeed and go bye-bye. Dont want that.

Get a 3 port and run Cobbs stage 3.

I run a modified version of Cobbs stage 3 with the stock downpipe and catback although I have Cobbs 3 port, ams test pipe, cai, intercooler, uicp, licp. i have no issues

If buying a 3 port is not a option. I would suggest checking the stock ebc, the lines may be hook up incorrectly

FYI if the intake you have isn't from Cobb you'll have to modify it to avoid any issues with the a/f
