Id like to send thus shoutout to Cobb.
About a month ago my AP came off its holder when i had to emergency brake suddenly.
I didnt notice at first but the whole screen besides a small corner section stopped working.
The AP was completely useless!
I sent an email to Cobb explaining what happed, i also told them it was bought from a vendor and not from them directly. they said to ship it back for repair.

they couldn't repair it, so they sent me back a new AP. They could of said the charge was $100 and i would of paid it, but they didnt!

Buy with confidence knowing you have a company that stands behind the product they sell!!

Yea they do have excellent customer service. I havent had to replace anything but I have had support for some minor issues with the maps and received excellent support from them to help correct it

Yeah my boy crushed his and they took care of him as well. Great service goes a long way.

 

Awesome service. They usually respond to my emails within the hour (for maps). Big thumbs up.

 

I've sent a bricked ecu (reflash without battery tender in 20* weather) and they bench flashed the ECU, and even replaced the burnt in screen in the AP V2 I sent in with it. Overnighted back to me and all for free. Car was down less than 48 hours. I was so impressed, I bought a V3 the next week.

I do wish they had more parts options, because they have excellent engineering. Like their Flex Fuel. But I love my AP and my car put out great numbers after a ProTune at Cobb Plano.
