Cobb v2 windows 10

Cobb v2 windows 10
So I just got a new windows 10 laptop because my last one **** the bed.. So anyways I tried to hook up my v2 ap and I can't get it to connect now. It says I need to update for 8.1 windows first but I don't have windows 8.1on anything.. Does anyone have a work around?
